      1. OTM drive was successful with 54 submissions. All members must write at least 5 for the whole year and only two count during one month.

      1. Applications are closed. There were 17 applicants and they all responded to interview questions and had quality applications.

        1. It should be the same as in the past, except funds will not go to 01, they will go to the “12” account for university to split funds that should remain on campus.

      2. The housekeeping banquet needs more volunteers and commitments for December 5th from 11:00-1:30.

    1. Three components are attendance, of-the-months, and service and leadership hours.
    2. The main idea for the new point system is for those who are unable to make GBM meetings. They can make the points up in extra service and leadership. To do this, you must apply for alternate point status.
    3. Those graduating early are only required to write 2 OTMS for the year.

    1. Adopt a Highway requires four times a year for four years. This is fine with housing as long as NRHH honors agreement. If plan passes, how will this work for the next four years?
    2. Change constitution so that it is mandatory to require a certain number of service hours in order to keep adopt a highway up to date. Possibly require more service hours from service.

    1. Exec meetings will be held on Sundays, bi-weekly, at 8 starting on 10/1/17.

    2. Travis – Habitat for Humanity Build. Can NRHH donate $10 per person who shows up?
  3. Moe’s Benefit Night – use for fundraising and GBM, also service hours.
